CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
Preston began his career in Construction in 1990 as a member of Local Union 322 Plumbers and Pipe Fitters. After four years, Preston was promoted to foreman, where he oversaw medium and large-scale projects.
Eager to expand his knowledge and skills, Preston enrolled in a Drexel University Construction Management and Fundamentals Certification Course. Preston then took the NJ State Board of Master Plumbers Test and became a Licensed Master Plumber & Licensed Master HVAC Technician in early 2000. Preston then began a small Plumbing & Heating Company specializing in radiant in floor heating. In the August 2005 edition of The Philadelphia Magazine, Preston was named Best Plumber in South Jersey. On January 31st of 2008, Preston and Yizhar combined forces to create what is now a Strong General Contracting and Mechanical Firm servicing the needs of their long-time and future clientele.
YIZHAR GILADY
INTERIOR SPACE PLANNING
After leaving the Israeli Defense Force at the age of 20, Yizhar Gilady moved to the United States in his pursuit of the American Dream. Yizhar’s new life in Philadelphia first entailed stocking shelves in a chain of retail shoe stores. In under a year, Yizhar had been promoted to reorganizing and streamlining those same stores. In 1997 Yizhar opened a Residential and Commercial Cleaning Business. With Yizhar’s great organizational skills and attention to detail, the business quickly expanded into personal organization, home management, and reorganization of offices, closets and laundry areas that continues today.
In 2002 still feeling that his full potential had yet to be unlocked, Yizhar acquired his Real Estate License. Yizhar along with his spouse and business partner Preston then formed Gilady and Still Investments, LLC. which manages and holds Real Estate Investments.
Yizhar’s passion and enthusiasm did not die there. Yizhar joined forces with Preston and together they created Assurance Construction, LLC. which has been successfully turning clients dreams into realities.
